ARIE is 10!!!!!

We are celebrating another birthday! Arie's birthday always causes me to reflect on her life and the many blessings and miracles that we have seen happen in her short life! We have been extremely blessed. Arie is always excited about everything that she is doing, she is our family's best cheerleader. She will tell you at the end of the day exactly what everyone has said or done at school. She has been skiing a few times and now is a pro! She got to go skiing for her birthday and had a great time. We went on all the lifts! I love her "no fear" attitude! When we first put on her skis, waiting for the instructor she tells me "I am going to ski down that hill" and off she went (with me chasing her)! I love to spend time with Arie, she loves to shop and spend my money, but that is ok! I wish that I had skiing pics to show, but I forgot my camera....next time I will remember! Happy Birthday Arie!

BIRTHDAY BOY~JACE

Today Jace is 14!!!! Where does the time go? Arie made him a birthday card that says "I hope that you would not grow up and leave home". I hope that he doesn't grow up and leave home either. I can still remeber his cute turned up nose with a bunch a strawberry blond hair on the back of his head when he was born. He was such a happy, content baby. I miss the days that the kids were little. Jace keeps us on our toes, when he is focused on something that is all he thinks about. He has started to grow taller. He is getting excited to try out for the high school soccer team in the fall. He has enjoyed snowboarding this winter. Jace's teachers all say what a great
he is! If only we could freeze time!!!! Happy Birthday Jace!!!
